Sad news from the UK as British Prime Minister Boris Johnson was admitted to the ICU to continue his treatment for COVID-19. The former London mayor has served as prime minister since July 2019.
This was a surprising development. Apparently his pregnant fiance is also experiencing symptoms which puts all three of them in a difficult position. I just heard the news that Johnson has been moved out of the ICU. Hopefully his condition continues to improve alongside his fiance's.
This is very sad and I know the people of the UK are hurting with this, we are in a scary time right now so I know that hearing one of your leaders is not doing well can be discouraging.
This is some sad news, I wonde how fat and how long the virus will be here and where everything will go back to normal. In the middle of this whole thing we are still freaking out. Maybe if we did not freak out as much we would not have this kind of problem where we are scared of others getting the virus and people overreacting when someone coughs.
Seeing names I am familiar with diagnosed with covid-19 puts into perspective the realities of the virus, especially in light of mass news and media. My heart is with those whose families are affected in this time. We may only have the ability to stay safe at home right now, but I am thankful for faith and the power of prayer. Praying peace finds the hearts and minds of all troubled by these circumstances.
Praying for recovery
